Hours: Monday to Friday
- Initial Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch)
- Future Schedule: Shifting to 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch)
Compensation: Starting at $19.00/hour, depending on experience
Description:
We’re hiring a motivated and versatile Cook to join our client’s kitchen team. This role involves working in both the back and front of house, as well as assisting with food prep. It’s a great opportunity for someone with kitchen experience looking for consistent day shifts and weekends off.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to standard
- Support food prep and restocking
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Provide friendly service when working front-of-house
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Prior cooking and food prep experience preferred
- Ability to handle early morning shifts (future start at 4:30 AM)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork
- Food Handler’s Certification an asset
