Bilingual Call Centre Representative (Remote – ON/QC)
Monday to Friday Day shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$19 per hour
Remote – Open to candidates located in Ontario or Quebec

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle calls and emails in English and French, offering professional, timely, and accurate support.
- Go beyond simply reading scripts — actively listen to questions and concerns, apply your understanding of the settlement, and help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Use available resources and internal tools to support first-call resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and follow established procedures with attention to detail and empathy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English and French, with the ability to understand complex or sensitive inquiries.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple computer systems.
- Prior call centre or customer service experience.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must be willing and able to use your own Windows equipment that meets the following technical requirements:
- Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed, jitter of 20 ms or below.
- Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better processor.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.
- Windows 10 or higher.
- At least two screens
- A headset or headphones
- Clean criminal record.
