Bilingual Client Support Agent – Legal or Medical Background
Location: Canada (EST) | Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm | Pay: $28.00/hr | 100% Remote
This is a remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada.
We’re looking for bilingual (English/French) Client Support Agents with a background in either the legal or medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Interpret and explain documentation related to legal or medical topics
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when appropriate
- Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate empathy at all times
- Follow internal protocols and compliance procedures
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Legal or medical background (Law Clerk, Paralegal, or related experience)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- High attention to detail and ability to navigate sensitive topics
- Clear criminal background check required
