Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst – Contact Centre

Remote Role (Canada, EST) Mon–Fri, 9–5

Ready to make an impact? As a bilingual Contact Centre QA Specialist, you’ll track calls and emails, enforce quality standards, and provide feedback that drives success.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor inbound and outbound calls and emails to ensure compliance with QA standards.
  • Objectively score interactions and document quality issues accurately.
  • Provide constructive QA feedback to support coaching and performance improvement.
  • Meet daily and weekly QA review targets, assisting with dispute resolution as needed.
  • Track and analyze performance data using QA tools, sharing insights with leadership.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a contact centre handling inbound/outbound calls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Proven QA in a call centre environment experience is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Must pass a clear criminal background check
