Customer Service Rep – Packaging Industry

Synergie is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Etobicoke area client, focused on the packaging industry

This position is responsible for processing customer orders, purchasing supplies and answering phones. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the sales department.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and releases through the computer system
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure a high degree of satisfaction
• Purchase supplies through the system as required
• Support sales department with accurate, timely responses
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on time delivery
• Communicate with scheduling/shipping to meet customer requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 year of corrugated experience or 3 years related experience in a packaging environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to work in the office full time
• Excellent communication skills
