About the Role

The Human Resources Senior Representative manages both strategic and day-to-day HR activities within their area of responsibility. This position supports the organization by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices that enhance employee engagement, drive performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to support business objectives through employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Advise managers on employee relations issues and act as a trusted resource for staff at all levels.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, morale, and engagement.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and internal standards.
  • Oversee HR audits, investigations, and performance management processes.
  • Coach and train managers on hiring, terminations, performance reviews, and workplace conduct.
  • Manage staffing, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  • Support annual HR processes, including surveys, reviews, and data management in HRMS.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years in HR).
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics, systems, databases, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
  • Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry is an asset.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, investigations, and facilitating training or new hire orientations.
