Lead Cook – Temporary Full-Time (until approx. December 2025)

- $17.50/hour or higher (based on experience)
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
About the Role
The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to standard recipes and food safety guidelines. This role includes supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high sanitation standards, and ensuring efficient meal service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals following recipes and production standards
- Maintain safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.)
- Supervise and delegate tasks to kitchen team members
- Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Experience as a cook or in a related food service role required
- Food Safety Certification required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle physical demands (lifting, standing, etc.)
