PRICING COORDINATOR
ETOBICOKE – FULL TIME

Synergie is currently seeking a Pricing Coordinator with Packaging industry experience. This role is responsible for the processing of quotations, orders, and administrative projects for all customers. The Processing/Pricing Coordinator is responsible for providing daily support to the field sales representatives and customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Sales Reps with accurate and timely quotations.
- Coordinate and facilitate sales representatives’ challenges when requested by the Sales Department
- Liaise with the Design Dept with new and on-going projects.
- Liaise with outside vendors with new and on-going projects.
- Create and maintain dockets, statistical data and efficient filing system.
- Adhere to all Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Proofreading Factory Tickets as necessary to ensure that production will have accurate information when running an order.
- Review and revise routing in specs on an on-going basis to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing Kaizens and utilize the techniques
- Other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Corel Draw or Illustrator.
- Must be able to communicate effectively using Microsoft Office and other CCL software as required
- Must have at 1 year of corrugated experience in similar capacity or position.
- Must be well organized, must manage time well and must be capable of adjusting self to company goals.
- Must have courteous and polite communication skills (oral and written).
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must adjust to flexible working hours.
- Willingness to be cross trained in other departments.
