Sales Representative

Hybrid – Brampton, ON

Salary Range:  $85,000 – $100,000 + commission

Synergie is currently seeking a representative to drive business development and revenue growth by promoting LTL, FTL, intermodal, and Quiktrax services within the Greater Toronto area

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a pipeline of potential clients, including cold calling, outreach, and referral generation.
  • Present Clarke Transport solutions, highlighting service features, delivery timelines, rates, and value-adds such as steel transport and next-day intermodal corridors.
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals, including pricing, contracts, credit terms, and warranties.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability aligned with company targets.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, acting as an ongoing point of contact and troubleshooting service issues post-sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and intermodal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market and competitors, report trends, and adjust strategy for outreach and proposal work.

Requirements

 

  • Proven B2B sales experience within transportation, logistics, intermodal, or related industries. (5-10 years)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages based on client.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, managing contracts, pricing, and complex deals.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and CRM-driven lead management.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, intermodal logistics, and freight operations.
  • 5-10 years of experience with a Hunter mentality
