Shipper Receiver

In this role, you’ll manage inventory, process orders, and provide exceptional service to customers. You’ll ensure parts are accurately stocked, organized, and ready for use or sale.

You have strong customer service skills and are comfortable interacting with clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on pricing and availability
  • Work closely with internal teams and service departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning concepts and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi task
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Education/Experience in After-Sales Service/Parts an asset
  • Good mobility with ability to stand, climb ladders and able to lift 30 lbs
