What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing product information and support
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective follow-up
- Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer care or customer service role
- Fluently bilingual (English & French) with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with EDI systems for order processing
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- A positive, energetic attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond
