What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing product information and support

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer care or customer service role
  • Fluently bilingual (English & French) with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with EDI systems for order processing
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond
