3. Licensing Compliance

Synergie Hunt International Inc. holds a licence from the CNESST as required under the Regulation respecting personnel placement agencies

Clients may not engage our services unless we hold a valid licence.

Ontario

Under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA) and Bill 27 – Working for Workers Act, Synergie Hunt International Inc. is licensed to operate as a temporary help agency and recruiter.

4. Candidate and Employer Accounts

Users may create accounts to apply for jobs or post vacancies. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the site only for lawful employment-related purposes

Synergie reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
