Billing Coordinator (Bilingual – French/English)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Coordinator to support complex financial case workflows in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, enjoys working with data, and brings strong financial coordination skills.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (EST)
Location: Fully remote (must be physically located in Ontario)
What You’ll Do
- Manage client and third-party invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Clean, format, and prepare data for mailings, disbursements, and reporting
- Reconcile accounts receivable and expenses using advanced Excel functions
- Track payments, verify financial data, and support disbursement processes
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth case workflow execution
- Follow established procedures while adapting to shifting priorities
What You Bring
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in billing, financial coordination, or disbursement/case support (strong asset)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (9/10), including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Strong understanding of financial data handling and reconciliation processes
- Highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
