Customer Care – Bilingual

As a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service in both English and French. In this role, you will support customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product information, inventory availability, and order status.
- Communicate effectively in both English and French across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Create, maintain, and update accurate customer records.
- Proactively manage customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with other departments.
- Monitor internal systems to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support daily departmental operations and contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist other departments as needed to support overall business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Care or similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face.
- Clean criminal record.
- Experience with SAP / HANA Public Cloud is an asset.
