As a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service in both English and French. In this role, you will support customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product information, inventory availability, and order status.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and French across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Create, maintain, and update accurate customer records.
  • Proactively manage customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with other departments.
  • Monitor internal systems to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support daily departmental operations and contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist other departments as needed to support overall business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Care or similar role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Experience with SAP / HANA Public Cloud is an asset.
