CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

FULL TIME, M-F; 8:30am – 5:00pm

Synergie is currently seeking a CSR for our client, a solution provider for loss prevention in retail environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Troubleshoot customer issues and/or direct customers to appropriate personnel to resolve issues

  • Creating Service tickets in Navision/CRM and dispatching them appropriately
  • Creating Sales Orders, ReOrders, Process Purchase Orders, Assist with invoicing process
  • Process documents, forms, and transactions according to company policy and prepare customer files, invoices, work orders, and other related files or reports as necessary or appropriate
  • Logging in and managing customers online service request portals like Wal-Marts Retail Link, Sobeys Verisae, Service Channel, Ariba, Officetrax
  • Managing Customer PO’s on online portals as necessary.
  • Answering incoming calls, or Emails, directing them appropriately.
  • Scanning and filing documentation as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

 Strong Customer Service Background

  • Experience with customer Portals such as Verisae, Officetrax, Service Channel
  • Strong MS Office experience including Excel
  • CRM Microsoft Dynamics Navision Operation (or comparable software system)
  • Bilingual French/English is a strong asset
