Customer Support Specialist Bilingual
Legal/Medical Field
Location: Remote role must be physically located in Canada
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Are you fully bilingual in English and French with experience in the legal or medical field?
In this role, you’ll handle inbound, warm-transferred calls, support clients through complex questions, and interpret documentation while managing sensitive matters with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
This is a remote, work-from-home role using your own computer, ideal for Law Clerks, Paralegals, or those with similar legal support experience who enjoy client-facing work in a structured environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound, warm-transferred calls
- Support callers with complex legal or medical questions
- Interpret documentation and provide accurate, personalized guidance
- Research issues using internal systems and document files clearly
- Manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
What We’re Looking For
- Legal or medical background strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, judgment, and active listening skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Clean criminal record check required

- Internet: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, jitter ≤ 20 ms
- Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better
- Memory & Storage: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage (minimum)
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher. A MacBook Pro (M1 chip) running Windows 10 or higher may also be considered
