Job Summary:
Enjoy working outdoors and staying active? In this role, you’ll support outdoor maintenance and operations in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in physical work and contributing to well-maintained outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various hands on activities related to crop fields
- Assist with basic landscaping and general labour duties
- Follow safety guidelines and use tools/equipment appropriately
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, standing for long periods)
- Clean closed shoes
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Previous labour or landscaping experience is an asset but not required
