- Strong knowledge of full-cycle inventory management, including cycle counts, tracking, and reconciliation
- Proven ability to identify discrepancies and implement effective, lasting solutions
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team
- Skilled in managing office administration and coordinating daily operations
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Your Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
- 10+ years of experience in office operations or administrative leadership
- Proven experience managing the full inventory lifecycle from purchase to sale, including BOMs and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, specifically related to inventory control
- Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred)
- Practical accounting knowledge
- Experience with inventory control systems and UPN management
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
