Bilingual Attorney (EN/FR) – Remote
100% Remote
This is a 100% remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada.
In this role, you will join a project team supporting product liability class actions and mass tort matters offering the opportunity to work on large scale high profile legal matters.
This is a substantive legal role offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced remote environment alongside experienced legal professionals.
Candidates must be physically located in Canada and licensed to practice law in at least one Canadian jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze claim documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support case management activities in collaboration with project leadership and legal team members
- Participate in a mandatory two-week paid training program Training Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. PDT / 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. EDT
- Work flexible shifts following training based on operational needs and time zones
- Maintain professional and client-focused communication standards
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
- (Foreign law degrees will be considered)
- Active law license in good standing in at least one Canadian province or territory
- Litigation experience preferred
- Experience with class actions and/or mass tort matters considered an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach

Candidates must provide their own computer equipment meeting the following minimum requirements:
- Internet speed: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload with jitter ≤ 20 ms
- Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or higher
- Memory & Storage: Minimum 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
