Bilingual Project Coordinator (Legal background)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
$26 to $30 per hour
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a legal background to support a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Paralegal, Law Clerk, or similar legal support position who enjoy coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
This is not a research or lawyer position. Instead, the role focuses on project coordination, case management, and administrative support within a legal or claims-related environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Attend meetings, take accurate meeting minutes, distribute summaries, and follow up on action items
- Assist with case recordings and case management documentation
- Prepare reports, analysis summaries, and internal documentation
- Document procedures and support process improvements when required
- Perform quality assurance reviews of files and documentation
- Update website content and legal/claims-related documents as needed
- Assist with legal drafting and documentation preparation
- Maintain organized records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- Legal background strongly preferred (Paralegal, Law Clerk, Legal Assistant, or similar)
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with case management or legal documentation
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Comfortable supporting multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Clear criminal background check.
