Bilingual Registered Nurse (EN/FR) – Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
$35.00 to $38.00 per hour
We are seeking a bilingual (English/French) Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background to join our team. In this role, you’ll apply your medical expertise—particularly in oncology and respirology (COPD/emphysema)—to review and analyze complex medical records. This is a 100% remote position, and candidates must be physically located in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret medical records to support claims and escalation processes.
- Apply clinical judgment to assess medical evidence and provide clear insights.
- Collaborate with legal and insurance teams, offering well-reasoned clinical recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance through audits and documentation checks.
- Manage multiple files with strong organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
- Registered Nurse with experience in oncology and respirology.
- Clinical experience in acute care, med/surg, long-term care, or telehealth.
- Skilled in medical record review and interpreting complex documentation.
- Proven experience in case management and/or claims/disability adjudication.
- Ability to pass a clear criminal background check.
