National Sales Distribution Manager
This role is responsible for managing and achieving financial and sales volume targets through an exclusive distribution partner for specialized flooring products. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, ensure strong product representation, and align sales strategies with company objectives to enhance brand presence in the commercial and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the exclusive distributor/OEM to drive sales growth
- Identify new markets and customers within the assigned territory to support distributor/OEM expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including product demonstrations, presentations, and contract negotiations for large-volume projects
- Provide high-level customer service and ongoing support to distributor/OEM partners
- Conduct regular sales visits, monthly project meetings, and virtual check-ins with distributor/OEM sales teams
- Support project specifications to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (regional managers, marketing, technical support, customer service) to ensure alignment and effective communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related discipline, or 5+ years of business development experience in the construction industry
- Division 9 flooring sales experience preferred
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with long sales cycles in both public and private sectors
- Ability to analyze business publications, technical documents, construction drawings, and specifications
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and listening skills
- Proficiency with business software and CRM systems
- Solid understanding of the Canadian construction industry, including key stakeholders and project processes
- Comfortable selling technical product solutions
